Asheville web app deveveloper Scott Hicks is putting his passion into building a cool new website featuring Asheville restaurants and reviews. He’s calling his site Ashevillicious.

Scott is passionate about food and about building a great online destination for people searching for great information about local restaurants. From Ashevillicious:

Ashevillicious is a creation of Scott Hicks, a self-professed “foodie”, who loves to eat out as much as possible, but hasn’t the time for bad or bland food.  A native North Carolinian, Scott began to truly appreciate delicious food and drink while living in Europe in the 1990s.  After moving to Asheville, he began keeping detailed track of all the restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, pubs, bakeries, and dessert shops in and around Asheville, with notes on which he had visited, which were good, and which were “Ashevillicious” (delicious, even considering Asheville’s high standards)!  Friends told Scott that he should be sharing all this experience and information with others — thus this website.

Check it out. Ashevillicious on Twitter.

I haven't the time waste on reading some Narcissistic "Foodies,"blog. Lazy on the english, 'ol chapass. I mean, "App?" Are we really becoming that lazy of a Nation that we cannot say the whole word? I supposed so, some time ago. Hey Hicks, good luck on your taste buds, bud. Perhaps, there is an elective oral surgeon who could fix them 'ol taste buds upright for ya. For the time you haven't to waste on bland food; may i suggest a Psychiatrist to you? That narcissism of yours is mighty hefty there, Hoss.
