Battle of the Bywater: 4,000 water balloons will fly Friday to celebrate summer solstice

battle_of_the_bywater_2013The second annual Battle of the Bywater is set for 7:30 p.m. Friday at The Bywater. The massive water balloon fight will be powered by 4,000 water balloons on site. Oh, and there’s bagpipe music. Happy summer solstice!
