Blog bits: Health Adventure invite, McDonald’s renovation and such

Here’s some of what is going on this Monday in and around Ashvegas:

-The McDonald’s on Patton Avenue is getting a major overhaul. The bulldozer was out in front of the place this morning. It’s probably been 20 years since its had a face lift.

-I received an invitation to the groundbreaking event for the new Health Adventure. As you know, the Health Adventure is moving out of Pack Place and changing its name to Momentum Science and Health Adventure Park. It will be built down on Broadway, near the intersection of Broadway and Catawba. The big event is at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 1. Go here for dets.
