About the Glen Rock Depot
A neighborhood development project of Mountain Housing Opportunities where the Arts meet Technology & the Environment
The Glen Rock Depot is a mixed use, community development project in Asheville’s River Arts District and South French Broad and Livingston neighborhoods. There are currently two buildings on the Glen Rock Depot site: the “Corner Market,” now the Fine Arts League of the Carolinas, and the historic Glen Rock Hotel, which will be renovated as part of the project to include affordable commercial and retail space, as well as flexible office space with the option of shared office supply and meeting rooms. A new 90,000 sf LEED certified mixed-use building will include commercial and retail space as well as affordable apartments.

From The Grey Eagle http://www.thegreyeagle.com/ on Clingman Ave., heading away from downtown, continue to the five-way stop at the Clingman Cafe http://www.clingmancafe.com/, make a soft left and pass the orange building (The Soapy Dog http://www.thesoapydog.com) on your left. You will then be on Depot St. Pass Bartlett St. and the Fine Arts League will be on your left. The Glen Rock Hotel is just a block further down the street on the left. You can walk from Clingman Cafe in about 5 minutes.
If you are driving, please park in the gravel lot across from the Glen Rock Hotel. The first floor of the Glen Rock Hotel is wheel chair accessible.
