King James Properties LLC, headquartered in Asheville, NC, has acquired the retail property located at 63 Biltmore Ave. in Ashville, NC from Cascade Mountain Properties LLC for $1.45 million, or $123 per square foot. 

The 0.27-acre land parcel is currently developed with a 1,733-square-foot retail building, which will be demolished. The property was purchased as a redevelopment project. It is located in the Downtown Asheville submarket of Buncombe County. 

The address is the Hot Dog King Property on Biltmore Avenue. 

Asheville City Council recently approved a hotel and parking lot development at 51 Biltmore.
