We were on our way to the White Squirrel Festival in Brevard when we saw this, the i Market. That would be “i” for Ingles. It’s a little convenience store that sells gas. Is Ingles the grocery market moving into the convenience store business?

    There is a similar type of market in Europe that is poised to enter the US and apparently can dominate. I get the impression that it is yuppie convenience, ie., produce, milk, bread, deli items, etc. Bobby certainly has his ear to the ground-
