Hi Jason,
I noticed brown paper went up in the windows of 23 Broadway, next to Chocolate Gems. Last I heard, Hector Diaz owed it and rumor was he planned to open a new restaurant. Any idea what’s going on?

I had heard Salsa’s was moving there..but that was quite a bit ago.
