Leafy Montford Avenue swelled with food vendors, the booths of artists and craftsmen and the strains of local musicians. We stopped by relatively early, so things were just getting going. We’ll check back in later.

This was the booth raising money for Dickson Elementary’s new playground, which will memorialize Seth Olson, a 20-something kindergarten teacher who died last year.

A small group of visitors had begun to gather, but it wasn’t crowded. There were any number of Montford MILFs, dancing their babies in their giant roller-buggy-thingys in the middle of the tree-lined street. Just a nice, quiet sort of festival. Check it out today if you can.
