The new video from The Avett Brothers is produced by director/comedian/actor/screenwriter Judd Apatow (?!) and includes downtown’s Echo Mountain Recording Studios as well as many shots of Asheville mountain scenery and the French Broad. (If the video won’t play, watch it here.)

Morning Song was recorded here in Asheville, with vocals from Asheville’s own Aaron “Woody” Wood and Mary Ellen Bush.

The Avetts are regular visitors (honorary Ashevillians, really) who’ve recorded at Echo Mountain several times. The new video premiered last night (Wednesday) on The Tonight Show. Here it is on the Tonight Show Tumblr.

Thanks for the shout-out, Scott and Seth! Eternal thanks to the whole band for your long-term support of Asheville.
