   The Nona Mia folks are opening a wood fired pizza and beer restaurant NEXT DOOR to the old Low-rider shop. They will also operate a small Italian deli there. Should be great pie, all local brews and live music.

   dusty- i posted bc i know the realtor involved, not bc i saw a "for rent" sign in a window. i would imagine the realtor knows if their listing was sold or if its still "for rent (re: the lowrider shop). as i posted above… the EXCLUsive/ old cowboys is where they are going and its going to be some kind of a bar.

   Tara-I gave the lowrider location only because that’s what the management themselves at Nona Mia told me a few weeks ago. I too have seen the For Rent sign still up in the window but that has been there for almost a year now. I can’t see Nona Mia going into the 25×25 "Exclusive" spot….but it’s West Asheville…ya never know.

   this is nona mia’s second location… its going to be a bar… someone earlier said that nona mia was going into the lowrider shop but thats inaccurate bc that location is available for rent.

   Have you guys seen the sign when it is lit up? They started writing on the back side, messed up, flipped it over and used the clean side. When it is lit up the giant black ‘EXC’ they got in on the back before they messed up blazes upside down and backwards in the lower right corner. I apologize for my disparaging remarks about Cowboy Nightlife. Can we have it back?
