Update from Billy at Oyster House Brewing:
I just filled a fermenter with IPA, and Saturday brewed the inaugural batch of oyster stout. If nothing else I will open with Stout, Cask IPA and a batch of blonde that just came out that I brewed at French Broad. I have 3 more tanks to fill but 1st week of June seems to be when the beer will be flowing, so the wax paper will come out of the window and we will let the public inside.
