Didn’t see any follow up posts to the Green Sage south location but I just answered my own question. Stopped by TCBY in S. Asheville tonight and saw the old Southside Café at 1800 Hendersonville Rd. had the tell-tale brown paper in the windows and a building permit hanging in the window. Sure enough, it’s issued to Sage-Ecoenterprises, which is the corporate name of the owner of Green Sage.

I’m excited. Not much good coffee on this end of town.

Also heard rumor Freds Speakeasy might open up S. Asheville in space adjacent to Fiores South. Sports bar in there now.
